Automatic account refresh: new ad accounts, properties and sites appear without reconnecting

TL;DR

Automatic account refresh keeps each connection's account list current: integration cards have Refresh now and an optional interval, so an ad account, property or site your sign-in can newly reach shows up without reconnecting.

How it works

  • Refresh now on the card, plus an automatic interval — off by default; every 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48 or 72 hours, or weekly.
  • 26 platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, Search Console, DV360, CM360, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, YouTube, BigQuery, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, HubSpot, Klaviyo and Shopify.
  • An automatic refresh only adds and updates. It never removes an account. A manual Refresh now also clears accounts the sign-in can no longer reach.
  • New accounts are usable at once in tasks, over MCP and through the REST API, with no further step.

What it does not do

A refresh reuses the permission you already gave and never asks for a new one. An account your sign-in cannot reach still needs Re-authorize on the card.
