How to reach us, and where to find answers

Email us for anything about your workspace, a task, a connection or a bill. Many questions are answered faster by the guides below.

Contact us

hi@agentplanners.com

We reply by email.

What to include

  • Your workspace (organization) name and the email you sign in with.
  • The task link — the address in your browser while the task is open; it starts with https://www.agentplanners.com/workspace/.
  • When it happened, with your time zone.
  • The platform and account involved, if any.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, one-time codes or card numbers — not in the email and not in a screenshot. We never need them to help you, and we will not ask for them. If you shared an Agent Planners API key by mistake, remove it on the API & MCP page and create a new one.

Answers you can find yourself

Integrations, Billing and API & MCP are pages inside the app — sign in to reach them. The guides linked here are public.

Connect a platform

Connections are made on the Integrations page in the app, after you sign in. Press Connect on the platform's card and approve on the platform's own sign-in screen; you come back to Integrations with your accounts listed.

Each platform's page says what the agent can read, what it can change, and which changes wait for your approval.

A connection stopped working

When a platform stops accepting our access — the permission was removed on its side, or the sign-in expired — its card on Integrations is marked as needing reconnecting and names the button to press.

Sign in again there with the same platform login. For most platforms the accounts are updated in place, so schedules, alert rules and dashboards bound to them keep working; the card tells you when a button removes and re-adds the accounts instead.

Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and other MCP hosts

Add https://www.agentplanners.com/api/mcp as a connector and sign in. The consent page asks which workspace to use and shows what the app may do.

To end a connection, disconnect the app on the API & MCP page under Connected apps. API keys are created and removed on the same page.

Billing and credits

Usage is metered in credits per workspace. Plan credits reset each billing period and don't roll over; top-up credits are used after the plan's and never expire.

At zero credits, runs stop until the next reset, a plan upgrade or a top-up — nothing is charged silently. A workspace admin buys plans and top-ups on the Billing page in the app; checkout is hosted, so card details never reach our servers. A workspace linked from the Shopify app may be billed through Shopify instead, and its Billing page says so.

Approvals: why a change is waiting

Reads run straight away; a change to an account waits for approval — in the app, or from the link in the approval email.

With auto-approve on, ordinary changes run without pausing, but some always wait for a person — permanent deletes, refunds, deep store discounts and publishing a Tag Manager container among them — and the budget and bid limits still apply.

Your data, privacy and deletion

Finished tasks are deleted after your workspace's task-history retention period — 90 days by default, and an admin can change it. You can delete tasks, audit entries and assets yourself in the app, and disconnecting an integration ends our access to it.

To delete your account and all its data, email us: we act on the request within 30 days (LinkedIn data within 10 days).

Report a security issue

Email hi@agentplanners.com with “Security” in the subject: what you found, how to reproduce it, and the page or endpoint involved.

Please test only against your own workspace and accounts, don't access or keep other people's data, and give us time to fix the issue before you make it public.

If you think someone else is using your account, tell us straight away — our terms ask for this — and remove any API keys or connected apps you don't recognise on the API & MCP page. How credentials are stored is on the security page.
