Subprocessors: the third parties in the path of your data

TL;DR

Any honest security page names the third parties involved, because your data's safety is bounded by theirs as well as ours. These are the providers in the path.

Core infrastructure

ProviderWhat it handles
VercelApplication hosting and serverless compute
MongoDBPrimary data store — task history, account memory, encrypted credentials
ClerkUser authentication, organization membership, and subscription billing
StripeOne-time credit top-up payments via hosted Checkout

Model and tool providers

Model inference is routed through an AI Gateway to the provider backing whichever model each agent is set to — the specific providers therefore depend on your own model selection, which you control per agent. Optional built-in tools reach their own providers when used: web search, page scraping, a hosted browser session, and image generation. A task that doesn't use a tool doesn't reach that tool's provider.

If you would rather model traffic not leave infrastructure you control, Bring Your Own Model points agent LLM calls at your own endpoint.

Platform connections are not subprocessors

Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Shopify and the rest are *your* accounts that you authorise us to access on your behalf — data flows from them to you through us, rather than us sending your data to them. Writes to those platforms only happen with your per-change approval.

Frequently asked questions

Which subprocessors does Agent Planners use?
Vercel for hosting, MongoDB for the data store, Clerk for authentication and subscription billing, and Stripe for one-time top-up payments. Model inference routes through an AI Gateway to whichever provider backs the model you selected.
Which AI model providers see my data?
Whichever providers back the models you have selected per agent — that choice is yours. Bring Your Own Model routes those calls to an endpoint you control instead.
Are my connected ad platforms subprocessors?
No — those are your own accounts that you authorise access to. Data flows from them to you; we don't send your data to them, and any write requires your approval.
