Connect

Connect your platforms

TL;DR

Agent Planners natively connects to Google's advertising, publisher and analytics platforms — Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ad Manager, AdSense, AdMob, GA4, Search Console and BigQuery — plus Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Shopify, over OAuth, with credentials encrypted per organization. Beyond those, connect 250+ more SaaS apps (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce…) through Composio, or your own tools via a custom MCP server. Use the context picker to select which accounts a task runs against — including many at once across an MCC.

Connect a platform

On the Integrations page, each platform has a Connect button that runs a standard OAuth flow.

  1. 1Click Connect on the platform card (e.g. Google Ads).
  2. 2Authorize on Google’s consent screen.
  3. 3You’re returned to Integrations with your accounts populated.
  4. 4Repeat for the other native platforms — DV360, CM360, GA4, Search Console, BigQuery, Google Ad Manager, AdSense and AdMob — as needed.
  5. 5For other apps (Gmail, Outlook, Slack…) connect Composio; for your own tools add a custom MCP server.
PlatformWhat it’s for
Google AdsCampaign, budget, keyword and audience operations; MCC hierarchies.
Display & Video 360Programmatic display/video buying — insertion orders, line items, deals, audiences and native reach forecasting.
Campaign Manager 360Ad-server side of the stack — campaigns, placements, creatives, Floodlight, plus the full Reporting lifecycle. Trafficking writes are approval-gated.
Meta AdsFacebook & Instagram campaign, ad set and ad operations plus performance insights.
TikTok AdsCampaign, ad group and ad operations plus performance insights.
Google Ad ManagerPublisher ad serving — inventory reporting and ad-hoc revenue/eCPM reports.
Google AdSenseSite monetization — earnings, RPM and ad-unit performance.
AdMobApp monetization — ad revenue, eCPM and mediation by app.
Google Analytics 4Conversions, traffic and custom reports.
Search ConsoleQuery performance, impressions, CTR and ranking.
BigQueryCustom SQL analysis and historical / first-party data.
ShopifyStorefront catalog search for anonymous carts, plus read-only admin order data via a merchant token.
Composio (250+ apps)Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce and more — connect once, the agent acts across them.
Custom MCPYour own tools and data over a Streamable-HTTP MCP endpoint you host.
Google DriveRead public Sheets/Docs in-context (no connection needed for public links).

Built-in tools (nothing to connect)

Beyond the platforms you connect, the agent ships with a deep toolbelt it selects from automatically mid-run — no setup, included on every plan. This is what lets one agent research, analyze, create and act end-to-end.

ToolWhat it does
Web searchLive web answers for research and fact-finding.
Google TrendsInterest-over-time and related / breakout queries for demand and seasonality.
FirecrawlScrape, search and crawl websites — competitor pages, landing pages, SERPs.
Exa neural searchEmbeddings / neural web search with query-focused highlights.
Hosted browserA real Chrome session (Kernel) with a live view for pages that need a browser.
Image & video generationGenerate creative assets (Imagen / Veo) for ads and decks.
Python sandboxRun Python for custom analysis, joins and charts.
These are billed per call in credits (only when used) — a few credits each. Combined with cheap models, most tasks still cost under a dollar; see the credits guide.

The account context picker

In the Workspace (and when creating a schedule) the context picker lists your connected accounts. Select one or many — the agent runs the task against exactly those accounts, and BigQuery is available read-only across tasks.

  • Multi-select to fan one goal across several accounts at once.
  • The picker filters to accounts that match the task’s platform.
  • Cross-account writes preview with a dry-run before applying.

Security & multi-account

OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and isolated per organization. For independent orgs, use a different Google login per org so token limits on one don’t affect another.

Source-of-truth tip: join Google Ads cost with your own BigQuery/CRM data so pause and budget decisions run off numbers you trust, not just in-platform conversions.

Frequently asked questions

Does it support manager accounts (MCC)?
Yes. Google Ads connects with its MCC hierarchy, and you can fan one goal across multiple sub-accounts with a dry-run preview first.
Can I revoke access?
Yes. Every integration, key and permission can be deleted and revoked at any time from the Integrations page.
Which platforms does Agent Planners support natively?
Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ad Manager, AdSense, AdMob, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, BigQuery and Shopify are supported natively over OAuth (or a pasted token, for Meta/TikTok/Shopify). Beyond those, 250+ more apps (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce…) connect via Composio, and you can add your own tools via a custom MCP server.
Does it support DV360 (Display & Video 360)?
Yes — DV360 reuses your Google OAuth connection (one login carries both scopes). The agent can read the advertiser/campaign/insertion-order hierarchy, pull Bid Manager reporting, run native reach & frequency forecasts, and create or update insertion orders, line items, deals and audiences. New insertion orders and line items start as DRAFT, and every write still pauses for your approval.
Does it support Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)?
Yes — CM360 reuses the same Google OAuth connection as Google Ads and DV360, and one connection carries every CM360 user profile your login holds. The agent reads campaigns, placements, creatives and Floodlight activities, runs the full CM360 Reporting lifecycle on demand, and can propose trafficking changes — those pause for approval before anything changes in the ad server.
Can it manage Google Ad Manager, AdSense and AdMob?
Yes — the publisher platforms (Google Ad Manager, AdSense and AdMob) are natively connected, so the agent can read earnings, inventory, RPM/eCPM and delivery, alongside your advertiser accounts. Ad Manager also supports ad-hoc custom reports; it doesn't yet write inventory changes.
What tools can the agent use beyond the ad platforms?
A deep built-in toolbelt it picks from automatically — web search, Google Trends, Firecrawl (scrape/crawl), Exa neural search, a hosted Chrome browser, image & video generation, and a Python sandbox — plus anything you add via Composio or a custom MCP server. Nothing to set up; built-in tools are billed per call in credits only when used.
