Organic social: draft, schedule and publish Facebook Page, Instagram and X posts — every public post waits for you
Organic social posting is its own tool family. Pages and Instagram accounts are discovered from the Meta Pages & Leads connection (every Page, with whether it can publish), X Organic is a new card separate from X Ads, and one publishing queue keeps a post from ever going out twice.
Your Pages, all of them
Before this update the Meta Pages & Leads connection stored only your Facebook login, so the Pages you manage could not be picked anywhere. Now every Page becomes its own account — past the first 100, and with business_management the Pages your Business portfolios own or manage for clients — plus each linked Instagram professional account. Each one says whether it can publish (a Page needs a content role) and what is missing when it cannot. Refresh accounts finds Pages you were given later, without signing in again.
What the agent can do
- Write and schedule: generate post text per network within each network's limits, save drafts, schedule a post for a time (one queue publishes Facebook, Instagram and X — X and Instagram have no scheduling API), or publish now.
- Manage: list published posts and their engagement, edit a post where the network allows it (Facebook posts made by this app; X within 30 minutes), delete a post.
- Say what is not possible: Instagram cannot edit a published post through its API, X has no profile-update API — the tools answer that instead of trying.
Approvals, duplicates and billing
- A person approves every public post — publishing, scheduling, editing and deleting wait for a person on every lane, even with auto-approve on. Drafts and cancelling do not.
- Never twice: the same post for the same account and minute is answered with the one already queued, and a send whose answer was lost is checked against the account before any retry.
- X credits: X bills each API request; Agent Planners charges credits for each request X accepts (100 per post, 1,334 for a post with a link, 34 per post read), with a usage record for each and no charge for a failed request.

- Will the agent ever post on its own?
- No. A person approves every public post, scheduled post, edit and delete, even with auto-approve on.
